ServiceNow is not established tool at this moment.It requires alot of improvement with respect to SAM. Improment requires in discovery part which impact SAM.

Discovery is very good. We discover up to 30 software that we don't have a license. You can have in only one tool inventory of ips, servers, and application catalog and more. You have the compliance calculation and provides you audit reporting as well....
