The user interface is very easy to navigate. They recently did a massive update and the program works even better. I like the ease of finding different reports. Love that you can save settings for certain reports that you constantly use on daily bases.

I liked that it was able to transmit information easily from the salesman to the technicians. We were able to communicate smoothly using ServSuite and it made the day go very well.
The reports are terribly inconsistent- if you run two different reports based on the same criteria (ex: Technician Production in a given date range), the two reports will almost certainly yeild different results. Also, many reports do not have appropriate...
