I use Notability as a whiteboard that I can project in my classroom or share during online meetings. I can save and share the pages of the document, too. Importing images into the Notability document is easy.
1. recent mac update has removed some features like ability to select multiple pages to move up and down in the notebook. 2. only single level folders

I don't like how confusing it is, and the templates always come with things that I don't want in my planners. That said, if you want something that you want to work with and also be able to edit, I think Notion would be perfect for you.
