The ease of implementation and use. The customer support is fantastic. We use medrio daily and the number of features provided help with our day to day job functions. Also, medrio is very easy to integrate.
-Slow and unable to work properly for large studies -Audit log "anomaly" for check box questions (this is NOT OK) yet Medrio support team doesn't seem to care or escalate this since it will be an audit issue in the future -Crashes most of the time -Data...
Consistent updates in viedoc features to fix the anticipating bugs and quick resolution of errors in cutomer and user support (eg: recently faced an issue to publish the design, which got resolved in a few hours).
I wish we had the chance to connect Viedoc with HubSpot, our CRM system.
