The user interface was easy to use and allowed us to communicate and address issues effectively with a number of team members on the client's end. This resulted in the launch of the website going smoothly and efficiently.
There was nothing that really stood out to me that I didn't like. I am using Jira now and absolutely love it in comparison, Mantis seems like it's just more bug oriented and it's a little harder to keep track of projects and what stage they're at
