Zend is the home of PHP and therefore you expect a lot from it's products and ZF doesn't disappoint. The new version makes it easy and quick to develop both desktop and mobile compatible appilcations

Laravel is Free, opensource framework that is written in php.. it offer easy php extension installation.. More over it is easy for someone who has worked with MVC architecture, as it also follows MVC architecture.
