I like a lot of things about this software. The most important, to me, is the ability to see all my sites needs at once. I don't have to login to 50 different sites over the course of the day, I'm done in seconds.
The product often stops working inexplicably, despite no changes to either the underlying WordPress installation/s or the server it's running on. Also, they have a terrible account management system and wouldn't process a refund when we were charged after...
