It is a niche product, that has similar functionality that can be achieved by existing tools. So it's not widely used. It looses it's value unless it's widespread use throughout your team / organization.
Easy to use. Make things clear before the next meeting. I don't need to remember what was in the last meeting.
The change to whatever you call it now doesn't remind me to go here for one on one meetings, totally quit using it
