CY does proper GDPR compliance and keeps the records to prove it. Free account has enough log space for a small website, and upgrading is easy once you need more. Support usually responds within a few hours and is always helpful.
My dev, test and prod environments needed to be under the same domain to equalize their settings. I had the liberty to quickly put them all under the same domain, but if I wasn't this agile I would've had to get a separate subscription and separate settings...
