The platform is easy to use with very clear and well maintained PQL (Process query language) reference materials directly in the GUI. Easy to turn insights in actions via signals. Very powerful, aesthetically pleasing UX.
technical issues - more or less only fast forward in new topics without completed well working solutions some times you may feel like a test subject most effects only when customer is creating pressure most project plans are heavely delayed frontend design...
One of the best features we really like in IBM Process Mining is the data visualization algorithm and the way it generates all processes from our different departments in one place to simplify it for us to collect all the data we need is such a genius...
Not much expect that it was a little harder for us to justify the cost of procuring the solution. That's the only downside we would love to be addressed in the future.
