The ease of sharing diagrams and data is very good. It is also relatively easy to extend to encompass additional data. It is very easy to use for anyone and the easy availability of support from within the portal is excellent.
The drawing board features are good indeed. However that's where the functionality pretty much ends. There aren't a lot of reports extractable. Governance on change monitoring is also limited.
It's simple, direct to the point, good user experience, great partnership with LeanIX constructing new factsheets to have a broader view of our IT Landscape. They are open to our suggestions and when possible insert them in the backlog of the product
