Quite expansive compared to other company which I think attract less small companies to show interest in this. Also there were some issue when I was using like that time multi factor authentication show some compatible issue with AWS core sdk.

Security was not as strong as we would have liked. We also found the rest of the Watson platform to be lacking compared to competitors (Azure, AWS). The admin panel was also weak, billing and closing accounts was a pain as well.
