I enjoy how simple the interface is and how easy it is to navigate the program. I also really enjoy the ease of document generation and that we have many customizable options.
Document Production doesn't seem to work properly. Work now takes longer and is often duplicated because of Tasks. Calendars all appear to function differently (i.e. some can be typed in, others cannot).
True professionals need professional help in the areas where their strengths fall short and CSCEM is there to give you peace of mind and works so you can focus on your agencies true areas of expertise.
Their face to face people. Arrogant, useless, they think they can talk to you in any way. I wish they fire all those assholes soon.
