Please let us know if you have any questions
when you create the script on the dashboard you are given the option to select size and shape of icon

Question on: accessiBe
Does the service go down often? Also how secure is it?When vendors go down they may slow down the website and sometimes crash it. Also I noticed the company is from Israel. How secure is it?
I have yet to notice an outage, we've been using on 3+ sites for over 6 months, no noticeable page load delays or anything like that (and I actively monitor for SEO purposes).
As far as security, Not exactly sure what the concern would be since users don't submit any sensitive data via the service. But I will say the onboarding process gives you a lot of confidence in both the service they offer and the team.
This service has never gone down for us. Also, there has been minimal website speed and responsive loss. In fact, I'd say no discernable difference.
We've not have it go down at all so far...on our company site or the client sites that we've installed it on.
No, it's secure and I have found it operating 99% of the time. Recently they have upgraded the site and tools and that caused a couple of issues but the site was always online
Never had the service failed in the last 2 years. Seems very secure
I haven't known it to go down. Check their uptime here:
https://accessibleweb.statuspage.io/uptime
It's also secure and they have a publically accessible security statement found Q+A Found here:
https://accessibe.com/downloads/other/accessiBe_security_privacy.xlsx
The service has never gone down that I am aware of. It is highly secure.

Question on: Silktide
How easy is it to use?Very easy, it has tutorials for you to find all the answers you need and also allows you to learn more about being accessibility compliant.
Surprisingly easy. Everything you need is a few clicks away.
Let’s start with finding and fixing issues on your sites. Silktide only shows you the things that need to be actioned, and we provide “plain English” descriptions of everything so that you don’t have to be an expert to understand and fix the issues flagged up.
Silktide provides multiple workflows, from lists of actions across many pages, to a page view with all the different modules (accessibility, marketing, UX, content…) visible for that single
page, so if you like working on a single page at a time, it’s all right there. Actions can be filtered by job role, so if you’re a content editor, you can filter out the noise and just see issues that you should be able to resolve.
As accessibility is a hot topic, I’ll mention that in addition to using that “plain English” language to explain the problems, you’ll find videos to help explain the issue and how to resolve it. We don’t expect that you’ll be an accessibility expert, and with our platform you can learn about the issues that need resolving and get started on fixing them, rather than sifting through dense documentation.
