Question on: Nitro
Do you order any proofreading after the Nitro services?Sometimes you need a translation quickly, and your translator is busy for several days. Or if there is no time for a long search for a good translator. In moments like this, Nitro is very helpful. This service helps to save time. BUT: when using, I have no idea, who's behind the scenes, and what's their level of language in real. Any ideas?
Proofreading can be ordered additionally.
All translations in Nitro are performed by professional, rigorously selected translators with native-level command of the source and target languages. Moreover, because the Nitro service is designed by Alconost, the company guarantees high quality for all orders.
However, if for any reason you encounter a question regarding quality, you can return the order for revision or use a chat message to tell support.

Question on: ABBYY
How can i make the scan of PDF files more accurate? If there is a way.I use the PDF scan feature to scan architectural files and it has a hard time accurately predicting what some values are when thy are written in certain fonts.
I'd probably have to see what areas you are disappointed with the scans. Depending upon the type of error, I believe you can add a dictionary that can help with the OCR results. But truth be told, I have not done this yet myself to confirm because I like going through the editor that flags potential errors for me so I can review them one-by-one. I find the solution does a reasonable job with basic OCR recognition, and also does a good job of flagging potential errors that can be addressed as part of the conversion process.
Again, not understanding exactly what type of issues you are encountering, it's hard to comment futher although ABBYY support should definitely be able to help.
