Yes, Appogee Leave allows the customer to define how they wish to use the system. We have 3 request types - Leave, Sickness and TOIL (Time off in lieu). You can define as many different Leave Types as you wish (to fall under the Leave request type). These can then be configured to either deduct from your leave allowance or not, to allow you to cater for requests such as Training, Jury Service, Company Events or even WFH.

Yes, in Appogee Leave we use Leave Profiles to determine any differences in allowances or working hours in your business. You can also define different public holidays or even choose whether employees should be given an annual allowance or use accrual.
