Question on: FloristWare
Does FloristWare allow one sale to include multiple orders?Often customers want to place multiple orders (for example a wife and mother on Mother's Day, or multiple clients at Christmas) and they want it to be on one sale, with a single charge and a single receipt. Is that possible with FloristWare?
FloristWare allows you to enter multiple orders as part of a single sale, with a single payment (unless you want to do split payments) and a single receipt. It also means that you only need to select the customer and confirm their information once. process one payment, etc.
This functionality is absolutely vital to any serious flower shop and has always been part of FloristWare.

Question on: FloristWare
Does FloristWare automate printing? My current system makes me select the printer, paper source etc. Every time it needs to print something I'm confronted with a dialog box and have to make multiple clicks.
FloristWare recognizes several different print job types (worksheets, enclosure cards, reports, receipt slips, etc.) and allows you to enter your printing preferences for each. For example you can specify in your settings that worksheets should go to a particular printer and paper source, and invoices should go to another. FloristWare remembers these settings and prints automatically so you don't have to deal with a print dialog box.
These settings are unique to each station. That means that you also get to configure each work station to send job types to specific printers and paper sources.
You can also override these settings. If for example you wanted to choose a different printer or paper source it's very easy – just hold down the shift key to force the print dialog to display, and make whatever selections you like.
It is a very difficult thing for us to build but florists love it. There is so much printing going on, even in a small flower shop, that this kind of automation is vital.
