I wish there was an easy way to show reporting on attendance class numbers and being able to display this in a graph would be REALLY helpful; the same also for revenue so I can see attendance/revenue trends over a 12 month period.

With my previous provider, the app was constantly crashing and there were lots of bugs in the software, that hasn't been the case with LegitFit, the app runs smoothly and my members are all reporting really positive feedback. Also, I like that I can upload my gym programming so members can see ahead of time what they will be doing and take more ownership of their training and progress. Also, the customer service is quicker, better, and just a much more positive experience for me. There are several key features that Gymflow does not currently have (ie: ability to adjust charges on checkout, door access being allowed for class attendees, membership addons). Some of the things that Clubworx helps streamline in our business is the management of direct debit payments, payment reminders for our members, and sending receipts automatically to our members which saves so much time each week. 1) The Acuity website crashes if you try to export more than a handful of appointments. This is a long-standing known issue with no timeline for a resolution. This makes it almost impossible to get your data out of Acuity to use on another platform unless you pay for an API subsciption. It also makes it near-impossible to get your data out and move to one of their competitors.

2) If a client makes a booking with the same name as an existing client, Acuity will treat them as one client and merge their records. For a busy business, this situation is inevitable and will cause chaos when your older client receives emails relating to the new client. Acuity support regards this as "expected behaviour". For our particular needs we are having to adjust Omnify to fit a student orchestra organization, so changing the terminlogy has been useful, but it isn't consistent throughout the program. I wouldn't say these are dislikes, but more of areas to improve on for delivery of service for consumers. Recommended areas of improvement are the Onboarding Process & Workflow Guides to aid the Learning Curve for consumers.

The onboarding process should have a meeting with all the key stakeholders assigned to the project (sales rep, CSM, implementation manager, technical developer for app, etc.) Communication was bumpy along the onboarding process between stakeholders regarding timelines and expectations.

Exercise.com needs to develop and publish workflow guides for client set up and software maintenance. These guides should be published as PDFs. The Exercise.com customer support library is good but many of the resources are outdated with previous versions of the software. Additionally, video instructional are great, but if there is no internet connects or Exercise.com is down for maintenance, clients will not be able to access the support library for resources. Recommendation is to create a downloaded PDF job aids for workflow procedures on the platform (i.e. onboarding a new customer, managing the staff dashboard, editing a client account, navigating the platform for users, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am now able to manage employee & client relations, deliver products & services, booking & scheduling, payments, and much more all in one platform! I would love to see an improvement in our POS, to possibly be able to upload images of different products in case for example a product flavor is unclear or the barcode isn't working. Sometimes there are glitches when trying to go to someone's POS straight from the home screen. After clicking a person's name sometimes it will pull up a Non-member Sale, rather than being on the person's account with their credit card attached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are finally able to integrate our personal training center and memberships together, rather than using two different softwares. There isn't a way to combine our rec class tuition from our company class tuition, given they have different pricing and discount structures. We have been able to run online classes through Zenplanner making even our youngest students keen to be apart of the classes.

The most impactful negative has been the experience of a 70% increase in pricing with no added value or ample notice to find a replacement solution and cancel. The software has many glitches such as not converting leads to members and support offers no resolution and regular app updates, while ideal for security, often produce member issues reducing the positivity of the customer experience.
