When our company began utilizing xRef, it was quickly realized just how much easier it is to obtain references on the candidates that our hiring managers have an interest in hiring. The process to obtain references has been easier, more efficient, and provides hiring managers with a report that can be exported to review the references. The only downside of xRef is the inability to change the report criteria and being able to implement different reference questions that are specific to the position that hiring managers typically would prefer to have as criteria in the report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
