Sometimes the delay of the candidates inputting their details, but this is not XRefs fault. It would also be nice to know why a reference was declined by a referee, perhaps having a reason which is submitted by the referee? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful aspect of Xref is that its entirely email driven, references are in print form and able to be held onto in the referees own words. There is also no need to schedule phone calls around busy schedules or less than willing referees.

The only thing that I would say that is a downside to Xref is the inability to input referee emails on the applicants behalf, I do occasionally have applicants who aren't very tech savvy send me their referees emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favourite part of the organization is the amazing customer service, they are prompt, polite and help with a very genuine attitude.

My favourite feature of Xref is the fraudulent notifications that are provided for when an applicant uses someone that may share the same IP address. Xref will send a notification and any criteria to either alert you of an issue. This has proven extremely beneficial. I also appreciate that if someone does have the same IP address but they are a legitimate reference that Xref will explain the scenario (ie. they currently still work together.)
