With regard to your feedback about editing information, the reason we do this is for security purposes to keep referee information safe, private and secure. In addition, our aim is to reduce administration for you and as you pointed out, the onus is on the candidate to supply references.

Like you, many of our customers also like our Unusual Activity detection feature as it gives them peace of mind that their references are legitimate.

It's great that you have benefitted from our unusual activity detection feature. It has helped many of our customers identify potential red flags that allow them to investigate further and have the confidence to trust the references they receive.

Regarding your feedback about entering a verification code to log in, our top priority is to ensure your data is kept safe and secure, so this is why we ask customers to provide two-factor authentication (2FA). However, you may be interested to know that our Enterprise platform has single sign-on (SSO) instead of 2FA, meaning logging in is simpler.
