Regarding your feedback about reminder emails, we believe that reminding referees to complete a reference check speeds up turnaround times, enabling organisations to make quicker hiring decisions. In fact, the average turnaround time of an Xref reference check is just 18 hours!

Regarding your comment on feedback ratings, we’ve designed our sentiment analysis to listen to the tone of someone's voice when they talk about something. It aims to understand tones of affirmation and enthusiasm to figure out if the person's feelings are positive, negative, or neutral.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you find our platform easy to use and that the insights you receive from a survey help with your strategic planning.

With regard to your feedback, we have phased out the cross-tabs feature and replaced it with Filters so this should help you select the insights you are looking to explore and display them easily.

In terms of your response around some actions in the platform taking time, there are some features that house plenty of data and in this case, they take a little bit longer to load. We have sought to rectify this issue by dedicating a portion of our database to those customers who have significant data to reduce load times.

We are happy to hear overall you find value with the Xref platform especially the support and consultation process with our expert team.
