You can automate all your backUp process from databases, not only program you dump, also transfer it to Dropbox/GDrive etc and program the BackUp routine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SQLBackupAndFTP?
Is not easy to get support, usually you don´t need it but you dont have a ticketing portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

fast
easy for backup
multiple files, if one is broken, hopefully just this table is lost, not the whole database Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

takes a lot of diskspace, all the indexes etc. are copied too
The database has to switched off for a certain time during the backup
Restoring can become a little complex

What do you like best about SQLBackupAndFTP?
The upside is it's extremely simple, easy to use, easy to setup. Anyone could use it and be up and running with it within less than an hour. The free version is fairly feature complete and does what it says it can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SQLBackupAndFTP?
It is too simple. The installer only runs on windows. It is lacking features you would expect from an enterprise backup solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SQLBackupAndFTP?
The software is really easy to use and log on to from anywhere. I can update from home or after a meeting at an outside office without issue. Excellent GUI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A little light on functionality. Unfortunately a bit slow, especially on Windows and at startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
