Expensive with the large data volumes.

Optimizing searches for speed ia more art than science. High learning curve require more training for the employees and sometimes it is co fusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that i can see end user activity per session form end to end. Tjis makes it possible to eee and get Analytics on user activity including any errors or problems they may be facing. The UI looks a bit old and overcrowded with data. Needs to a cleaner and easier to use format. Also search function is sluggish and makes the whole system to hand. I am having trouble setting up graphs and this affects ots eff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
