What can you expect from a project with bdg? We design and implement customised out-of-the-box applications as well as individual BI & CPM solutions to support companies in the holistic optimisation of their business processes. We accompany our customers throughout the entire project on both the professional and technical side – from the evaluation of the suitable software and the joint definition of the company-relevant KPIs through to the complete implementation of the project. For a quick ROI of the project, it is also essential that all users adopt the new system. Therefore, we already involve the team in the implementation phase so they become competent and convinced users of the new solution. Our focus is customer success – only together can we achieve success. That is why we continue to accompany our customers after the project has been completed, with regular health checks, surveys, updates and support. In addition – and also independent of implementation projects – we offer training by experienced trainers.
