The product is very easy to use, intuitive, and flexible. For all audiences, from people with technological skills to those with more difficulties with technology. Additionally, it is constantly improving by incorporating new functionalities. In our case, during the execution of a 2-month pilot, more than 100 actions were taken. The team is very receptive: they analyze your problems and always provide solutions. They are very quick with the management of improvements as well as with incidents.
