What do you like best about Oracle ZFS?
We can leverage ZFS as rman storage integrated with Exadata. So we can obtain full speed (Infiniband band speed) to do backup and recovery that out-perform of other existing software products.
Also it can serve as NFS to support DB like RAC. Compared to Exadata ASM, ZFS is an alternative storage option to store 2nd tier data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle ZFS?
The capacity and maintenance is a bit hard to manage and rely on Oracle to perform detail analysis.
The UI interface was not really user friendly to user. Not easy to identify the usage nor performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
