What do you like best about Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute?
We have moved many of our existing customers database and ebs(erp) workload from existing on prem instance to oci compute instance.
Generally the overall transition show ample amount of improvement as far as processing rates are concerned.
But with introduction of new instances with 3rd Gen Intel Xeon ice lake processor , the performance get super better and ultra fast almost zero lag for heaviest application we have ever encountered.
Also the billing part is flexible, many of our customers wanted to have autoscaling only in certain time during the year with RAC setup horizontally increasing their load capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute?
Sometimes with few customers, we have seen even for some instances when they offer instances with much larger configuration, say instance with 512 gb memory and 256 cpu.
The performance which are expected from these kinds of configurations is not received by customers, giving space of doubt ,if the configuration delivered is actual ( but this happens only sometimes to some small fraction of customers ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is one of the best alternatives to AWS and Azure as it is cost-effective and offers almost all the features. New or existing applications are easy to deploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute?
The services are a bit less than top cloud providers such as AWS or Azure. ASM support is missing for Database administrators. Other than that, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is one of the best in the field Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
