What do you like best about Oracle Primavera?

I consider that the management of resources is the main potential of the software, being able to create different types of resources and assign them to the tasks. It allows making a correct control of progress in the project, estimating the Earned Value, and calculating the deviations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Primavera?

From my point of view, it is a bit coarse to program or re-organize the Project's WBS directly from the Gantt chart, needing to use a little more time to navigate in all its functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that Oracle Primavera is a very efficient software to manage projects, avoiding having to face unproductive resources, it is possible to quickly identify the balance of the work team, its functions and avoid over-allocations. I very much like the reporting system, it is just a few clicks, and all is done. Not the ordinary reporting and time-consuming old tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike to do the recovery plane, especially when there is time and cost overrun. I still need to practice that in the Software, and I think it is the most difficult option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I always use the software to prepare my time schedule. In addition, I use it to track, control and monitor my project during the execution.
