It is an additional services that companies need to implement. Hence cost justification as well as doing all the implementation can cost a lot of energies. It is not mature enough to convert existing client to adopt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any offering, a learning curve must be navigated before allowing a company to reach peak efficiency/utilization. Perhaps a bit more support could be provided on the training side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
