What do you like best about Oracle Enterprise Manager?

I am using it for my current project. It is useful to manage oracle application server and third party software packages from different companies. One of my favorite feature is that it has reporting capabilities for charge backs are improved and it has also ability to manage Java-based platform as a service. It is created to deploy and manage groups of Oracle databases. It was extended to acommodate the management of Oracle Application Server and third-party software packages from Microsoft by using plug-ins and connectors.
