I love that it is very simple to use Optimizely for simpler test and that it provides a great engine for splitting up your traffic for more envolved test. Using the smart editor I can set up tests quickly and without any help from engineering which speeds up our testing cycle significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely Web Experimentation?

Pricing is rather steep, especially if you want access to some of the more advanced features such as custom goals and location targeting. Optimizely is very easy to use, and extremely flexible. There hasn't been anything we haven't been able to do using this tool, even though some of our use cases are quite technical and complex. Their support team is fantastic - quick and super knowledgeable. We used Test&Target in the past, and this is like 500% better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly not much. Sometimes the interface can be slow, and sometimes it's difficult to view experiences via the "preview" mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
