What do you like best about OpenText Intelligent Capture?
Text extract and localization made easy and was able to automate my application specially for image recognition and with this we were able to extract almost 90% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about OpenText Intelligent Capture?
Didn't come accross any sort of issues as such but still please include other libraries which we can use with Kafka and other data mining applications.

Like the UI which is quite simple to use. The extraction of texts for straight forward documents/invoices works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about OpenText Intelligent Capture?
Would like to see that the ability of this tool improves in a way that it is able to capture key value pairs from the documents which do not follow standard structure. Especially when there are boxes which look like tables but does not actually contain plenty of information within one cell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually I am belonging from a Marketing domain, and at some point I needed to get the customer phone numbers and Email from the PDF. Then I get in touch with your Product. That makes my work very easy to extract the data from PDF's as there were multiple Pdf's I need to review. So this makes my work very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy for us to use. We didn't take months in development time. It's was also the easiest to productionize. The ner extracted didn't have much mistakes. We have used open-source tools earlier this was the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wish the accuracy was bit higher. Some of the ner was not extracted. We didn't have exactly a table format in one of the document and extraction was not great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
