Notepad++ Discussions

I normally use notepad ++ as a normal notepad run codes and some normal stuff. What do you use it for?

Sorting could be very useful for textual and numerical operations.

I need to install plugins manually. Is there any other way to install Plugin using GUI? If no, when this feature will be available for users?

For a programmer Notepad++ is a powerful tool but sorting is also a feature which should get implemented so that organization of data can be done with ease and yes its graphics should also get changed to more attractive and technical.

Despite of powerful tool it is still missing sorting technique for numerical data.

Notepad is a generic text editor included with all versions of Microsoft Windows that allows you to create, open, and read plaintext files. If the file contains special formatting or is not a plaintext file, it cannot be read in Microsoft Notepad.

Now if we want to edit anything we can edit using language options still some languages are missing for professional programmers.when it will gives upgraded version for other languages?

Is there any settings to lock notepad++

If I am using the language new to Notepad++ default settings then how i can add the reference/plugin of that language so that i can easily get the syntax of that particular language is highlighted.
