What do you like best about NetBeez Network Monitoring?

NetBeez allows me to be proactive to user problems and address them as soon as they show up. Additionally, I no longer have to walk users through basic troubleshooting to gather information as I can use a remote Bee to run ping, traceroute, speedtest, etc. NetBeez has become a required tool for me to be able to support multiple remote offices. Additionally, the team at NetBeez is extremely responsive to my feedback and requests for new features and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI has improved greatly over the years as the company makes great efforts to listen to customer feedback and make the appropriate changes. Simplicity is another important factor so conducting tests, viewing stats, and general monitoring features are very simple and intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to purchase and install a hardware agent for every site we want monitored. Although, there is talk of soon being able to install agents on some Cisco Catalyst products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
