What do you like best about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

Our primary focus is IT infrastructure monitoring, particularly database, server and application performance monitoring. With ManageEngine Applications Manager, we were able to overcome our challenges with visibility and issue management. The intelligent alerts and RCA provided the means to reduce the MTTI and MTTR significantly. Applications Manager also has something called forecast reports and anomaly detection, which helps us forecast the possible resource/performance bottlenecks that may occur. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Applications Manager?

Reporting can be enhanced. UI lacks color and aesthetic design.

Tool's end-to-end monitoring capabilities across different IT systems , servers, databases, and cloud environments. It provides insights into performance and availability, along with auto generated root cause analysis, allowing IT adminstrator to quickly identify and resolve issues, reducing downtime and enhancing the availablity/uptime of the systems.
