What do you like best about Loop?
Powerful tool for expediting exchange and return process for ecommerce business. Gave us much more visibility into return reasons and tracking end to end return process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Loop?
Some of the reporting dashboards are not intuitive and take a very long time to load. Additionally, data plugins to other reporting platforms are lacking (require manual excel spreadsheet exports). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
