The documentation related to different features could have been a little more elaborate on how the request flows from one system to another and related configuration files involved and the series of events that happens during request flow until it reaches the target system and response is sent to source. Plenty of features e.g. perspective, Maven Support, Run & Debug Configuration Options, Collaborative/Team Development etc.

Unstable. For instance, it's challenging to work with workspace management as it can crash all of a sudden and become unusable. You may see random bugs appearing while renaming a BW and that’s also frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
