What do you like best about Index.dev?

We were very impressed by the robust vetting process Index has developed over time. We found that all the candidates suggested to us had been very carefully selected based on our interests, and scored highly in important areas such as communication skills, technical expertise, teamwork, English literacy, and cultural fit. What problems is Index.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team has always worked remotely, and needed to source a pair of highly skilled developers who were capable of working well within a long-term remote setting, with colleagues from different parts of the world, and across different timezones. I was also very impressed with how well Index was able to advise us in terms of compliance issues for contracts, etc. The team is very knowledgable about the local markets they source from. What do you like best about Index.dev?

As a US-based SaaS platform, I must to find the right talent at the right time. Tapping into a pool beyond a certain local geography was extremely valuable and game-changing. What do you like best about Index.dev?

I believe that remote work is the new normal and talent can be found in all corners of the world. And Index proved that from the very first shortlisted candidate.
