We have recently implemented this product for a pharma client in their Supply chain process. This enabled secure and regular communication with collaboration b/w suppliers, contractors, DPs. Simple configurations, very easy to use. It also supports all kinds of file transfers - SFTP, FTP etc. It provides easy to use UI/UX for drag, drop and configurations and can be used by non-technical people as well since it doesn't require any coding knowledge. "Its a good platform once it's all configured, but it's really hard to get it configured by first"

What do you like best about IBM webMethods B2B?

It is really user-friendly, I like the way that integrations work in conjunction with B2B, they're easy to navigate and find stuff. The menus for monitoring are also very nice and easy to go over, especially because we need to check them almost every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM webMethods B2B?

The downside is that it's not easy to use it the first time you get on the Software AG, we had to hire a company to support us to get everything configured and to work on all the mappings and translations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

webMethods.io B2B is an iPaaS product recently introduced into the webMethods.io ecosystem. It is based on the on-premise Trading Networks which has a long history of providing B2B functionality, stability and good performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the ease of use with developing programs inside of the webMethods Designer application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM webMethods B2B?

Occasionally MWS will glitch out and the UI will not respond as it should. Sometimes when I try to search for transactions, the search options won't populate. MWS usually works well, but it has occasional querks in the UI design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM webMethods B2B solving and how is that benefiting you?

webMethods provides us the capability to automate many tasks within our process flows. Many of our partners need us to send files to them or want us to pick files up, so we use webMethods to handle these automated file transfers. webMethods also provides some integration across applications - allowing us to receive and translate EDI within webMethods, and then send the translated data to our ERP.
