"Its a good platform once it's all configured, but it's really hard to get it configured by first"
It is really user-friendly, I like the way that integrations work in conjunction with B2B, they're easy to navigate and find stuff. The menus for monitoring are also very nice and easy to go over, especially because we need to check them almost every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside is that it's not easy to use it the first time you get on the Software AG, we had to hire a company to support us to get everything configured and to work on all the mappings and translations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're integrating vendors to receive purchase orders from our system to their system using EDI-X12, the SAG helps us to do the translation from XML to EDI-X12, so we don't have do develop a translator ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
