One thing that I appreciate about Hackrate is the high level of transparency it provides. Companies can easily create and publish bug bounty programs, specifying the scope of the program, the rewards offered for identifying vulnerabilities, and the rules for participation. The best part of Hackrate is their new feature called Hack Gate. We can easily manage and monitor the ongoing penetration test, and we don't have to spend so much time during the triage phases.

The team is very experienced, they persevered during a lengthy contract negotiation phase which we appreciated very much. Their support team was literally always available throughout the entire process from contract negotiation until paying the last rewards.
