I would say the least effective about this software is the reporting features. It doesn't capture the true mood of the team (with their newly released mood report), and I can't report on stuck items. It's so amazing that Geekbot allows for multi-time zone settings so that each of my team members no matter where they are, are able to send updates on their time. Furthermore it is amazing that Geekbot allows for reminders and is automatically scheduled to run and the fact that all you need to do is chat back to it as if you're talking to a real person is amazing a super useful. I think pricing wise it's more expensive than it's value enables, but for us it was this or spending more than figuring out custom solutions.
