This is very good in decision automation for various business processes and analytics needed for various line of businesses, which in turn reduces human intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is much of a simple and easy to use software I see very less dislikes, one among those is this is very less known to people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This software has an enhanced decision managing efficiency and a high scalability to improvize decisions under critical stances. It can provide business benefits with accuracy, consistency and transperancy of administrative decisions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes if you overload too much information for decision managing, it could result in data inaccuracy which leaves the user in dilemma. This can be improvised by limiting the information to be updated and will be applied in a future version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes have to edit the automation it generates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love how rules are automatically changed vs having our software dev teams spend their valuable time on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Traditional code does have more flexibilty vs a template type of solution like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For our company, the thing we liked the best is its wide array of integrations FlexRule supports and the ease of use of the designer which allows people outside of IT to be able to make updates to rules that have been created. This will greatly reduce the current burden we have in IT when the business makes a change to the process as they will now be able to make the change on their own. We also like how quick they are to resolve issues to their software when one is discovered and the time and attention their support team provides. Getting someone to help has never been a problem which has been fantastic and is not always the case with other vendors. Having reliable support as we learn this platform and integrate it into our systems is critical for us and it's very much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything about the software or team that we dislike, the only challenge we have faced is the large difference in time zones between us and FlexRule but they have been as accommodating as they can be. Because of the time zone difference questions we ask during our working day are usually not answered until the following day in the early AM which is the start of the working day for them. We have learned to account for this and adjust our communications but it did take some time to get that right between us and FlexRule but it's mostly a non-issue now. I like the flexibility to create rules on demand according to our and our client's business needs. Instead of hardcoding processes, we can route the user through a flexible flow based on the outcome of the business rules that our clients define. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product has lots of tools and functionalities and, based on that, of course, a certain level of complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are several features I like best about the FlexRule platform:
FlexRule has an excellent IDE. The FlexRule IDE was very intuitive. My team was able to quickly get up to speed and become productive on day 1. The IDE allows all members of my team to collaborate. Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure engineers can all use the IDE to manage their tasks and work together.
FlexRule supports a wide variety of infrastructure configurations and works extremely well across cloud environments. We were able to use our desired configuration with FlexRule with no issues.
Our DevOps team was quickly able to incorporate FlexRule into our CICD pipelines. Helping to speed the development of the features in our platform.
Lastly, the FlexRule team provided amazing customer support. They were always available and quickly helped to close any issues that arose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I would like to see improved in FlexRule is the training. There is basic training, but more advanced training is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibility in creating rules, a lot of different functions and operators that enable to execute the most complicated conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most annoying feature is the lack of CTRL+Z.
It's hard to create a new rule from a blank page because of declarations etc one have to write in. I always copy one rule from another existing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The realization can be carried out by both IT and the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a negative experience so far with Flexrule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
