I wish the process was more basic. I'm not the best with new technology, so I understand it may not be this difficult for all, however, I think the demographic that will likely be using such an application is very broad. This means older generation who are less comfortable with technology, but are still working in the modern office setting will have to learn this. Since these individuals have been in their positions for a longer time, it would be best if these programs catered to these people being able to learn new technology on their own.
