What do you like best about Elasticsearch?

I most enjoy being able to curate content exactly as we deem appropriate. In the past we've had a frustrating experience getting our results to rank in the order we deem most appropriate for our agents and customers, if we can get it to rank at all in some cases. What do you dislike about Elasticsearch?

I've not seen eye to eye with a former customer experience manager who was unwilling to provide us data I was using to justify Swiftype's continued existence in our environment. The search result doesn't use meta tag or info from Yoast SEO(wordpress site). Google search result does. Especially for landing pages, archive pages, the description could become a mess with copy from the body. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system definitely has a bar you have to get over to be a power user. Part of that is inherent to how powerful it is, but still -- I couldn't just hand it to someone on my team without extra training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
