We would appreciate more thorough due diligence from their staff when implementing changes, such as minor and major version upgrades. Occasionally, some steps are overlooked during dry runs in non-production environments, which hinders smooth rollouts in production and results in longer-than-expected downtimes. What do you like best about EDB for PostgreSQL?

the EDB PostgreSQL and the supporting tools are well designed and impletmented. We have been using the software at global level for many years. There were almost no major interuption from software bug and system vulnerability. The supporting tools comes with the RDBMS are seature rich which help DBA team to do their job effectively.
