It is a fantastic & good tool for creating a chatbot for our business & personal use. It has an initial free plan which gives a hands-on experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be improved dashboard so that an average user can understand & make it easy use. However, I was using first-time such a tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
