Deciding between AWS and Azure is tough, but I suggest just giving Azure an honest shot, at least. You may be surprised by how intuitive and feature rich it is. The hybrid automation features themselves are super handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Automation & Control?

Better and more customization would be ideal. Being able to color code things and personalize is super common these days in virtually every platform, and can help you organize yourself even more so than the software initially allows, plus can just make using it a bit more pleasant.
