What do you like best about AWS Lambda?

AWS lambda is super helpful in POC and mid-level type projects. Initially, you don't want to bother scaling the application and worrying about the cost when you build projects. It's a serverless service, so the cloud provider manages everything. Just write the code and run the function. Different ways can trigger the function, and I have used API gateway.

I have triggered and run the lambda function thousands of times, but it didn't bill me even 1$. It's this much affordable.

What do you dislike about AWS Lambda?

Function timeout is 15 minutes, and this disappoints me often.

What do you like best about AWS Lambda?

What do you like best about AWS Lambda?

Hard limit of payload size of 6 MB is there and response time of 15 minutes. E.g. if your function is running for more then 15 minutes then lambda will through an error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AWS Cloud?

I pay for what I use as it uses pay-per-use pricing model. Also, if I go for reservedinstances, I get a high discount. Also, it has a super performance - I can't remember it going down. What do you dislike about AWS Cloud?

To succesfully and efficiently use AWS Cloud, we need an expert who can look after the infra and efficiently use the instances and hence control the money spent. It carries a lot of documentation as compared to Azure and hence a dedicated resource is requried to take care of it. What do you like best about AWS Lambda?

Some time the cold start is delay if not use function they have also execution limit multiple lambda function use is little challenging and also in testing too. It is not good for long running task because of less execution time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers free tier for one year then you can choose pay per use model and the cost associated with AWS services are less when compared to other service providers s.
